Reiki Indigo Dublin, provides Reiki energy healing & spiritual healing services including in-person & distant healing sessions. The practice integrates Reiki, Spiritual healing & medical intuitive reading to address root causes of anxiety, stress, pain & energy imbalances -promoting overall holistic wellness, healing & self-awareness. Equally it is a wonderful complementary healing tool to mainstream medicine & therapeautic care, & for those that would just like to take time out from your day, to take a breath, disconnect, relax & reconnect with soul self within.
The Cause
Being stressed physically, mentally & or emotionally over a continuous period of time our mind/body can become tired & exhausted hence, energetically & nutritionally depleted. Anxieties can arise. Pain & discomforting conditions can manifest in any or multiple systems of the body. be it, digestive, muscular-skeletal, cardiovascular & reproductive etc which can present its own issues. You may feel 'out of the loop, lost in one self, out of balance & are struggling within yourself & your enviroment.

The Outcome
Reiki sessions: Are of a one hour duration. held in-person in centre. In a relaxed/calm treatment room. Consultation taken beforehand. Reiki provided as you lay on treatment plinth (fully clothed) with hands/off/on guided work. post treatment briefing is discussed with client re: experience of, after care & recommendations. I have had a professional working background in the spa therapy field & energy healing for over twenty years. firstly as bodywork therapist & later in energy healing. The healing work has come to fore through a desire & willingness to aid in the healing process of those in need, & in the increased emergence of self-awareness & openness in people partaking in their own healing & wellbeing.
